Earn Your NMLS Credits From NRMLA

NRMLA’s 8-Hour SAFE course is the only one of its kind devoted almost exclusively to reverse mortgages.

In partnership with web-based education provider Loan Officer School, NRMLA offers members convenient access to NMLS credits. Benefits include:

  • Watching and listening – No reading.
  • Not a second more than what’s expected.
  • No test or quiz of any kind.

***Please note that NMLS requires webcams for all webinar courses. You must be on a webcam to receive course credit.

NRMLA’s 8-Hour SAFE class is taught via Zoom and broken into two four-hour classes taught live on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 pm to 4 pm Eastern Time (9 am to 1 pm Pacific Time).

The cost is $129/person. To register, please click here.

Course Dates and Times:

  • July 17 & 19, 12 pm to 4 pm Eastern Time
  • August 21 & 23, 12 pm to 4 pm Eastern Time
  • September 18 & 20, 12 pm to 4 pm Eastern Time
  • October 16 & 18, 12 pm to 4 pm Eastern Time
  • November 20 & 22, 12 pm to 4 pm Eastern Time
  • December 4 & 6, 12 pm to 4 pm Eastern Time

In addition to earning your federal NMLS credits, individuals who have the Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) designation, or may be pursuing the CRMP, should take the course because they can earn eight (8) credits and complete the mandatory ethics workshop. (Note: This 8-Hour SAFE class is only approved for federal NMLS credits. If the state(s) you are licensed in requires additional CE credits, you must get those credits separately. Loan Officer School offers state-level credits, so you can search for them on LOS’ web site.)
