The Federal Housing Administration will be updating FHA Connection (FHAC) to include new questions related to appraisal reviews and Reconsideration of Value (ROV) policies first announced in Mortgagee Letter 2024-07.
Details were announced in FHA-Info #2024-43.
What’s next: This new functionality will be available for case numbers assigned on or after Monday, September 2, 2024. The FHAC Guide has been updated and is available on the portal homepage.
