Carol Ann Dujanovich, Senior Vice President and Director of the Reverse Mortgage Division at University Bank, was appointed to a new three-year term on the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee.
Why It’s Important: The Committee serves a critical advisory role to HUD by helping shape the direction of its Housing Counseling Program and providing guidance on how to better serve prospective buyers, homeowners, and renters with their housing needs. Members represent professionals from the mortgage and real estate industry, HUD-approved housing counseling agencies, and consumers.
What They’re Saying: “As a proud member of NRMLA, I am so fortunate to be able to represent the needs of our senior community and the reverse industry by serving on the Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee for another three-year term,” says Dujanovich. “I look forward to continuing our collaboration with NRMLA and HUD in efforts to support our industry but most importantly our Seniors. As a member of this committee, we will be able to pose our questions and concerns and receive feedback directly from the DAS.”
